FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How early in advance should I place my order?
    All orders have to be placed at least 2 days in advance; 2 weeks lead time for customized orders.
  • Can I place an urgent order for today?
    Currently, we do not offer same day delivery/collection by default. However, if you have an urgent order request, do drop us a DM on Instagram @fleuristiq or email us at hello.fleuristiq@gmail.com. We will see if we can accommodate your request and expedite the order.
  • Do you offer customizations?
    Yes we do! Please reach out to us via email at hello.fleuristiq@gmail.com or fill up the form under our 'Contact' page. Do provide us with as much details as possible, such as colour preference, type of arrangement, size and budget. Feel free to include an image for better visualization if you already have something in mind.
  • Can you recreate other florists' designs?
    Please note that we do not recreate exact replicas of other florists' works. You can provide us with photos of other florist's design for inspiration. However, we respect and believe in the creative freedom of each florist.
  • Can I make changes to my order?
    Any changes to the order (such as color, arrangement style etc.) after payment confirmation, will be subject to florist's discretion. Do note that revisions may also incur additional charges. Hence, please check carefully before cart checkout. For changes in delivery address/date, do notify us at least 2 days in advance.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Strictly no cancellation once order has been confirmed and payment has been made. This is to reduce wastage of effort & resources as all our items are made to order and we may have made necessary arrangements on our end to fulfill the order. We seek your understanding.
  • What is preserved, dried, faux and sola flower?
    Preserved flowers are 100% real flowers that have gone through a special preservation process to retain their natural appearance and texture for several months to even years, without the need for water or sunlight. Dried flowers are natural flowers that have been intentionally dehydrated (typically air dried) to remove their moisture content. Faux flowers are artificial flowers typically made from materials such as silk, paper, plastic and fabric. Sola flowers are handmade decorative flowers crafted from the wood of the sola plant (Aeschynomene aspera) by skilled artisans. They also serve as an eco-friendly diffuser.
  • How to care for preserved and dried flower?
    Though Preserved and Dried flowers require minimal maintenance, here are a few tips to ensure their longevity: Avoid sunlight: Keep them indoors and away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Dry environment: Keep them in a dry & cool environment. Do not expose them to water & humid places as humidity can affect their appearance. Hands off: These flowers are delicate, hence, avoid touching them with bare hands. Gentle cleaning: Remove dust by gently brushing them with a soft brush.
  • Do you offer fresh flower arrangement option?
    Currently, we do not work with fresh flowers for our floral arrangements. Only preserved, dried, sola and faux flowers.
  • How much is the delivery?
    Delivery is at SGD15 per location. Peak Season such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day is at SGD 20 per location. Alternatively, you can opt for self-collection. We offer island-wide delivery, with the exception of the following restricted locations: Tuas Penjuru Jurong Island Sembawang Shipyard All PSA Ports All Army Camps Police Stations Sentosa Changi Airport, Airline Road *Hospital deliveries are currently suspended until further notice.
  • What are the delivery slots?
    Delivery will be made within the day selected between 9am - 8pm. There is no specific delivery timing.
  • Do you offer island-wide delivery within Singapore and Overseas?
    Local delivery (within Singapore) We offer island-wide delivery, with the exception of the following restricted locations: Tuas Penjuru Jurong Island Sembawang Shipyard All PSA Ports All Army Camps Police Stations Sentosa Changi Airport, Airline Road *Hospital deliveries are currently suspended until further notice. Overseas delivery As flowers are delicate in nature, we do not provide overseas delivery due to concerns over possible quality compromise.
  • What is the location for self collection?
    Self Collection is available at Lakeside. Full address will be provided upon order and payment confirmation.
  • Missed/Failed Delivery
    Please note that our delivery personnel will only wait a maximum of 5 mins at the delivery location. If uncontactable, the flowers will be left outside the unit/ with the reception. We will not be liable for any losses or damages to the flowers from that point onwards in the event: Incorrect address/contact was provided Address details were missing (block, unit, postal, etc.) Recipient is not around in person at the place & time of delivery Sender and Recipient are uncontactable Please note that re-delivery requests due to wrong date/address/contact input or failed delivery, will be subject to our availability and additional charges.
