Welcome to Fleuristiq ("Fleuristiq," "we," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders: You can place orders through our website or customer service.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars unless specified otherwise.

  • Payment: Currently we accept only payment via Paynow. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Site must be accurate, complete, and current.

3. Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We deliver only in Singapore and delivery charges will apply. For more information, please refer to the FAQ

  • Delivery Times: We strive to deliver on your requested date and it will be made within the day selected between 9am - 8pm. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

  • Delivery Issues: We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, traffic, or other factors. In the event that no one is at the premise to receive the item(s), we will place the item(s) in a safe spot. However, if that is not possible and a re-delivery is required, a re-delivery charge will apply.

  • We will not be liable for any losses or damages to the flowers from that point onwards in the event that:

    • Incorrect address/contact was provided

    • Address details were missing (block, unit, postal, etc.)

    • Recipient is not around in person at the place & time of delivery

    • Sender and Recipient are uncontactable

4. Product Availability

  • Product Substitution: In case a specific flower or product is unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value at our florists’ sole discretion.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Strictly no cancellation once order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Quality and Satisfaction

  • Quality Assurance: We take pride in delivering quality products. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours to our email at hello.fleuristiq@gmail.com.

7. Privacy Policy

  • We collect and use customer information in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

  • This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction, and any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore to which you hereby agree to submit to.
